Please note that on 24 December 2024, there is an Optional Christmas gala dinner that costs USD 130 per person and is excluded from the room rate. Children from 6 years old until 11 years old receive a 50% discount on the rate and are not included in the room rate. Please note that on 31 December 2024 there is a mandatory New Year gala dinner that costs USD 160 per person and is included in the room rate. Children from 6 years old until 11 years old receive a 50% discount on the rate which is not included in the room rate and is payable upon arrival.

Please note that the following renovations will take place this year. There is a minor level of noise during day time. No heavy machinery will be used. It will be fenced off and shall not be visible to the guests. All other resort facilities will remain available for the guests:

- Lobby will be closed on 20.07.2024 for 180 days. Guest will alternatively check-in and check-out from the Winter Garden.

- Rose Bar will be closed on 20.07.2024 for 180 days.

Unforgettable Stay
Again, another amazing holiday at Desert Rose Resort From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Our room was always spotless thanks to the incredible efforts of Ahmed Ali and Mohamed Ali from housekeeping – they were friendly, efficient, and consistently went the extra mile. Dining at the resort was also a highlight. At the Fatoosh Restaurant, Mostafa Mohamed and Ramy Talaat impressed us with their warm hospitality and attentive service. In the Main Restaurant, Adel A. Moniem always greeted us with a smile and ensured every meal was smooth and enjoyable. We also loved relaxing at the Winter Garden, where Ahmed Mohamed made our evenings extra special with his excellent service and friendly attitude. The Sunset Bar quickly became one of our favorite spots – Ali Abdullah and Hassan Rashad created such a welcoming atmosphere, serving fantastic drinks with great energy. Thanks to Mr. Milad, who went above and beyond to arrange a wonderful birthday celebration. It was beautifully done and truly memorable – we’re so grateful for the effort and care he put into making it special! Our children had an amazing time at the Kids Club, thanks to the lovely Niveen and Veronika, who were so creative, patient, and kind with all the kids. Knowing they were happy and safe gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy some time to relax. A very special thanks to Samar El Noby from guest relations, who was truly outstanding. She was always available to help, making sure all our needs were met with kindness and professionalism. The resort itself is stunning – beautiful pools, clean beaches, and a wide range of activities. But it’s the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful resort for families
Wonderful, clean, entertaining and well run resort. Amazing Christmas Eve Gala. Food was excellent. Beach is beautiful. Any problems we had were very swiftly solved.
I found the bar staff quite unenthusiastic and slow, which was a big contrast with the all of the other very happy and helpful staff. Maybe they were overworked? Also, please cut down on the amount of people selling trips etc at Sun beds, it's not necessary with the ability to book trips online and disturbs relaxation.
